Field Of Dreams was established in March of 2017 at the Showgrounds in Curraheen. It is a partnership between the Munster Agricultural Society and Down Syndrome Ireland, and has been developed with the support of the Department of Agriculture. The three acre site is a purpose built adult learning centre where students are taught all aspects of horticulture and can attain accredited qualifications. Additional programmes offering bespoke literacy and technology skills enhance the student's ability to find paid employment following completion of their studies.
