Minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed.
Mr. Bass read scheme adopted by sub-committee as to raising necessary funds for erecting show yard, which on the motion of Mr. Meade, seconded by Capt. Newenham, it was agreed to adopt.
After some discussion it was decided to postpone until that day with the selection of members to form the limited liability Co.
The following gentlemen having been proposed and seconded at a former meeting of the society were elected members of the society, J.W Harley, W. Bateman, S. Moore, George Griffin, J. Griffin, Mr. W. Lookman, J. McMullin, D. Sanders, Mr. Mackensie Hosford.
