Read letter from secretary Corn Exchange stating that the trustees required to be furnished with the names of the Show Committee for this year as they wished to know who would be responsible to them for the yard. After some discussion, the secretary was directed to write and inform the trustees that the show committee for this year could not be appointed until the 29th and to point out at the same time that the body responsible for the yard would be the general committee of the society whose names he was again directed to furnish the trustees with.
