On the motion of Mr. Beamish seconded by Mr. Warren Prefessor Hart was relected seed analyst for the coming year.
After considerable discussion on the advisability of holding a spring show it was decided on the motion of Mr. Meade seconded by Mr. Beamish that a sub-committee consisting of the following members be appointed to work alongside Mr. March on the practicability of holding a spring show of Bulls, sub-committee: Mr. Ferguson, Mr. Beamish, Mr. Foster, Mr. R.D Hare, and Mr. Meade.
It was proposed by Mr. Beamish and unanimously resolved that the accounts for the year be closed on 31st next.
