The minutes of the last meeting were read & signed.
The Secretary was instructed to write to all donors of Special prizes at the last year’s Show, asking if they would renew same for the forthcoming Summer Show.
The prize list for the forthcoming Summer Show was then gone into, and it was decided to leave the classes for Horses, Cattle, Sheep and Pigs the same as in 1931, with exception of increasing the prizes in the class 13 for children’s’ ponies by adding a 3rd prize of £1. The prizes to be offered for jumping competitions was deferred to a further Meeting.

A letter was read from Mr. J. O’Regan, of Bellmount Mills, Crookstown, acknowledging resolution of sympathy passed by the Committee on the death of his father and the Secretary was directed to insert same in the minutes.
Mrs. E. Mac Lysaght, Hazelwood, Mallow, was elected a member of the Society.
On the motion of Mr. P. Crowley seconded by Mr. M. Twomey, the following cheques as recommended by the Finance Committee were passed: - Cork Corporation £8-5-0, T.I.
